J&J Family of Companies is hiring a full-time Product Director, Channel Innovation and Execution for the CAPLYTA brand, based at its Titusville, Mercer County location — a pivotal commercial leadership opportunity within one of the world's foremost healthcare organizations.

About the Role

As Product Director, Channel Innovation and Execution for CAPLYTA, you will shape the omnichannel commercial strategy for a key neuroscience brand. Embedded within the Neuroscience marketing organization at J&J's Titusville campus, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that connect healthcare providers and patients to meaningful treatment information through precision-targeted channel execution.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement innovative omnichannel marketing strategies that advance the CAPLYTA brand across HCP-facing and patient-facing channels
• Lead channel execution planning across digital promotion, non-personal promotion, CRM programs, and emerging engagement platforms
• Partner with brand leadership, sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and market access teams to align channel plans with overall brand strategy
• Manage external agency partners and media vendors to deliver campaigns on strategy, on time, and within budget
• Analyze channel performance data and synthesize insights to continuously optimize marketing mix and media allocation
• Identify emerging channel opportunities and pilot innovative engagement models that differentiate CAPLYTA in the neuroscience marketplace
• Ensure all promotional content and channel executions satisfy regulatory and medical-legal review requirements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Substantial experience in pharmaceutical or biotech brand marketing with an emphasis on omnichannel or multichannel execution
• Demonstrated track record leading channel innovation, digital marketing, or commercial execution within a regulated healthcare environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable channel strategies
• Proven experience managing agency relationships and guiding cross-functional teams
• Background in neuroscience, psychiatry, or CNS therapeutic categories is advantageous
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Comfort operating and influencing in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
