About the Role
As a Manufacturing Tech III supporting the OTTAVA surgical robotics platform, you'll contribute hands-on to the assembly, testing, and production of advanced medical devices. Based on-site in Holy, Santa Clara County, this position connects skilled technical work with the broader mission of making treatments smarter, less invasive, and more personal.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, build, and test components for the OTTAVA surgical robotics system to exacting quality standards.
- Follow established manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and documentation to ensure consistent, compliant output.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment used in robotic device manufacturing.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve production issues to keep workflows running smoothly.
- Partner with engineering, quality, and operations teams to support continuous improvement on the production floor.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold safety and regulatory requirements throughout each build.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a manufacturing technician, ideally within medical devices, robotics, or a regulated production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work precisely with complex assemblies.
- Comfort reading technical documentation, work instructions, and engineering specifications.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills for a collaborative production setting.
- Willingness to work on-site full-time in Holy, Santa Clara County.
