About the Role
As an in-home caregiver with Thrive USA, you'll provide essential support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity while receiving quality professional care. Our clients depend on compassionate, reliable aides to assist them with daily tasks and provide emotional support. This role offers genuine scheduling flexibility to fit your lifestyle while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve and in our local Hampstead and Carroll County community.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Help with mobility, transfer assistance, and light housekeeping tasks
- Provide companionship and emotional support during care visits
- Monitor and report client health observations to supervisors
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Respond to client needs with professionalism and compassion
What We're Looking For
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid background check clearance
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation for travel to client homes in Hampstead and Carroll County
- Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow care instructions closely
