What You'll Do

• Assist clients with essential daily activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility support
• Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other household tasks as needed
• Provide compassionate, respectful support in the client's home environment
• Document care activities and communicate with the Thrive USA care coordination team
• Maintain professional boundaries and uphold safety standards at all times

What We're Looking For

• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Successful completion of a background check
• Genuine compassion for supporting seniors or individuals requiring in-home care
• Reliable transportation to client locations in Queenstown and Queen Anne's County
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional standards
