Disney's Corporate Real Estate Transactions and Portfolio group is distinctive within the company—it's the only team that operates across all business functions to manage Disney's real estate assets worldwide. As an Associate Real Estate Manager, Transactions, you'll support critical real estate activities that enable Disney's global operations. This role offers exposure to transaction management, portfolio coordination, and corporate-wide real estate strategy.
What You'll Do
- Support real estate transaction execution and management across Disney's global portfolio
- Assist with portfolio coordination and strategic real estate initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams across the company on real estate requirements and projects
- Prepare and maintain transaction documentation and records
- Help evaluate real estate opportunities and market conditions
- Support project delivery and timeline management for real estate activities
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field
- Knowledge of commercial real estate principles and practices
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with careful attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
