Join Disney's Platform Distribution team as an Analyst, Rights Management, Streaming Services in Burbank, Los Angeles County. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our licensing and content rights operations across Disney's portfolio of direct-to-consumer streaming services.

About the Role

As a full-time Analyst in our Rights Management division, you'll play a critical part in stewarding the licensing agreements and content rights that power our streaming platforms. You'll work alongside experienced team members to ensure compliance, accuracy, and strategic alignment across all content distribution channels, supporting Disney's mission to deliver premium entertainment globally.

What You'll Do

• Assist in managing and organizing rights documentation, contracts, and licensing agreements for streaming content
• Track content rights across platforms and production cycles, flagging issues and discrepancies for senior team members
• Prepare detailed reports on rights status, expiration dates, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with production, legal, and distribution teams to ensure accurate rights clearance
• Maintain and update rights management databases and tracking systems
• Support the analysis of licensing terms and conditions for streaming platforms
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation standards for the Rights Management function

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business, entertainment, legal studies, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of media licensing, content rights, or streaming business models (preferred)
• Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to work collaboratively across teams
