About This Position

As a Digital Product Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution for digital products and services within your assigned portfolio. You'll partner across the organization to shape the customer experience, guide product development, ensure successful market launch, and sustain products that drive business value. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring you to balance customer needs, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and execute digital product strategy, aligning with business objectives and customer needs
• Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and business teams to develop and launch digital solutions
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from concept through implementation and ongoing enhancement
• Drive product adoption through targeted marketing, customer engagement, and continuous improvement
• Monitor product performance and operational metrics to identify opportunities for optimization
• Ensure digital products meet operational excellence standards, security requirements, and regulatory compliance

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing digital products or services, ideally in financial services or a regulated industry
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business goals into product roadmaps
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge of product development lifecycle, from discovery through launch and scaling
