• Assist retail and wholesale customers in selecting the right Sherwin-Williams products for their painting projects
• Answer detailed questions about product specifications, performance, and application methods

• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure complete satisfaction
• Maintain current knowledge of product inventory, features, and store operations
