The Opportunity

You'll work varied shift schedules, including opening, closing, and mid-shift supervisory coverage.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store associates, providing coaching and support to build a positive team environment
• Oversee daily store operations including customer service, merchandise management, and loss prevention
• Ensure compliance with CVS Health safety, quality, and operational standards on every shift
• Manage cash handling, registers, and transaction accuracy with integrity
• Respond to customer concerns with professionalism and resolve issues effectively
• Partner with store management on scheduling, staffing decisions, and performance coaching
• Support inventory control, stock rotation, and merchandise presentation

Requirements

• Demonstrated supervisory or lead experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or similar customer-facing operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proven capacity to motivate and manage diverse teams
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail technology platforms
• Willingness to work flexible shift schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid government-issued photo ID and eligibility to pass a background check
