About the Role

As Store Director, you'll oversee all aspects of our Jacksonville retail location, from daily operations and inventory management to team performance and customer satisfaction. You'll set the tone for a high-performing store culture, guide your team toward shared goals, and ensure Target's commitment to guest service and operational excellence is reflected in every interaction.

What You'll Do

• Direct store operations, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to Target standards and company policies
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of store associates, fostering growth and engagement
• Drive merchandising strategy, inventory management, and loss prevention to maximize store profitability
• Build and maintain guest relationships, setting a standard for exceptional customer service across all departments
• Manage scheduling, hiring, and performance conversations to build a capable, motivated workforce
• Monitor sales performance, implement strategies to meet or exceed targets, and adapt to market conditions
• Collaborate with regional leadership on initiatives and ensure compliance with all company procedures and legal requirements
