You'll oversee daily assembly line activities, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor assembly teams through shift operations and daily production cycles
• Oversee electrical assembly processes, component integration, and quality checks
• Monitor production schedules and troubleshoot bottlenecks on the assembly line
• Maintain equipment functionality and coordinate preventive maintenance protocols
• Coach team members on safety procedures, technical skills, and company standards
• Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency
