About the Role
As Field Marketing Manager, you will own the design and scaling of marketing campaigns that support Oracle's go-to-market initiatives in Construction and Engineering. Working across product marketing, sales leadership, and internal teams, you'll develop comprehensive campaign strategies that translate market opportunity into measurable business results.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute demand-generation campaigns aligned with go-to-market strategy for the Construction and Engineering vertical
- Collaborate with product marketing to position Oracle solutions and support sales teams in the field
- Build campaign timelines, budgets, and success metrics to drive lead generation and pipeline acceleration
- Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing initiatives, events, and programs that increase market awareness
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize approaches to improve ROI and engagement
- Identify market opportunities and trends within Construction and Engineering to inform strategy refinement
What We're Looking For
