As a Property Adjuster I with Erie Insurance, you will work directly in the field across the West End, Dauphin County area, investigating and resolving property damage claims within the Property Damage Department. Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, assess, and resolve property and material damage claims in the field

- Evaluate coverage and estimate repair or replacement costs accurately
- Communicate clearly with policyholders, contractors, and other parties throughout the claims process
- Document findings, prepare reports, and maintain thorough claim records
- Apply fair, prompt, and consistent claim-handling practices in line with company standards
