Your fluency in English and Spanish will enable you to serve our diverse patient base with clarity, professionalism, and genuine care.

What You'll Do

• Handle incoming patient calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and empathy
• Answer questions about prescriptions, refills, delivery status, and medication information
• Resolve billing and account issues efficiently and courteously
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate customer records
• Process patient requests in compliance with pharmacy protocols and regulations
• Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish across all interactions
• Partner with pharmacy teams to coordinate patient care and resolve complex situations
• Achieve service quality and performance targets consistently
