About the Role

As a General Merchandise Team Leader, you'll own the daily operations of your merchandise sections, mentor team members, and maintain the inventory accuracy and visual standards that define Target's reputation. This part-time position offers leadership responsibility with scheduling flexibility.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coach team members to meet sales and customer service standards
• Maintain accurate inventory and conduct regular stock audits
• Execute merchandise presentation and seasonal displays
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support store operations and guest experience
• Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive coaching
• Handle closing and opening procedures with accuracy

What We're Looking For

• Retail or hospitality leadership experience
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift regularly (up to 50 lbs)
• Flexibility for part-time scheduling

Compensation and Growth
