About the Role

As a full-time warehouse operations hourly associate at our 1 Walker Way facility in West Jefferson, Ohio, you'll be essential to Target's supply chain success. You'll work alongside a dedicated team handling the receiving, organizing, and distribution of merchandise that flows through our warehouse operations daily. Your attention to detail and work ethic directly contribute to our ability to serve guests effectively.

Your Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming merchandise shipments accurately
• Organize and store inventory according to warehouse procedures and systems
• Pick, pack, and stage items for distribution and shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in stock counts
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and equipment as assigned
• Adhere to safety standards and help maintain a secure work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve productivity goals
