About the Role

This is a full-time hourly warehouse operations position at our Newton distribution facility. You'll join a team of dedicated professionals responsible for moving inventory efficiently through our supply chain. The role offers full-time work with consistent scheduling, providing stability and the opportunity to develop expertise in warehouse management and logistics operations.

Core Duties

• Receive shipments and organize merchandise within the warehouse
• Accurately sort, scan, and track inventory using our warehouse management systems
• Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Pack, palletize, and stage orders for shipment to Target locations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse spaces
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain accurate records
• Meet daily productivity targets while working as part of a team

What You Bring

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Reliable attendance and strong punctuality in a full-time role
• Commitment to following safety procedures and warehouse protocols
• Basic math skills and ability to count inventory accurately
• Willingness to learn warehouse equipment and systems
• Prior warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred but not required
