What You'll Do

• Receive and process incoming shipments and merchandise
• Sort items and organize inventory in the warehouse
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to Target stores
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Follow all warehouse safety protocols and procedures
• Meet daily productivity targets and work collaboratively with team members

Requirements

• Availability to work evening and overnight shifts on a consistent basis
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Capable of standing and moving about the warehouse for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Reliable transportation to reach the Oconomowoc, Wisconsin location
• Strong reliability and consistent attendance
• Willingness to learn equipment operation and warehouse procedures
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
