What This Role Involves

As a Biolife Paramedic (EMT-P) at Takeda, you'll provide emergency medical services and critical care response within our operational environment. Working at our Greenfield location, you'll be part of a dedicated medical team ensuring rapid intervention, employee safety, and comprehensive medical support. Your paramedic skills will be central to maintaining the health and security standards that define our Wisconsin operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform rapid patient assessment and provide emergency medical treatment using advanced life support protocols
• Administer medications, establish IV access, manage airways, and execute clinical interventions
• Operate and maintain paramedic equipment and medical devices to highest standards
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and medical events with accuracy and detail
• Coordinate care with hospital personnel and other emergency medical professionals
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain patient confidentiality in all situations
• Maintain current certifications and participate in ongoing paramedic training and skill development

What You Bring

• Current Emergency Medical Technician–Paramedic (EMT-P) certification or equivalent credential
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to communicate effectively and remain composed during high-stress situations
• Physical capability to perform demanding paramedic and emergency response duties
• Strong knowledge of emergency medical protocols and clinical best practices
• Flexibility to work varied schedules and respond to operational needs
• Dedication to patient safety, ethics, and professional responsibility
