Role Overview
As a Specialty Business Manager in Dermatology, you'll serve as a key commercial leader responsible for territory expansion, revenue development, and brand strategy. This position bridges clinical insight with business objectives, positioning Takeda's dermatology portfolio competitively in the marketplace. You'll engage directly with healthcare providers and stakeholders to understand market needs, address clinical questions, and support practice optimization.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with dermatologists, practice managers, and key opinion leaders
- Provide product expertise and clinical education to healthcare providers and their teams
- Analyze market data and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and optimize positioning
- Conduct market research and report findings to leadership to inform strategy and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and sales leadership

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience) in business, life sciences, healthcare, or related field
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales, specialty business management, or healthcare commercial experience
- Proven track record managing territories and developing strategic partnerships
- Strong knowledge of the dermatology market, specialty pharmaceutical landscape, or adjacent therapeutic areas
