Sales Executive Vaccines

Takeda is seeking a Sales Executive focused on Vaccines to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions, and deliver compelling solutions for our vaccine portfolio across the region.

Position Summary

As a Sales Executive for Vaccines, you'll play a vital role in expanding Takeda's market presence throughout Bogota and the surrounding territory. You'll identify new business opportunities, nurture relationships with healthcare providers and clinic networks, and execute a territory sales strategy aligned with regional objectives. This position combines direct client engagement with independent territory management, balancing consultative selling with performance accountability.

Core Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospital systems, and procurement teams across your assigned territory
• Present vaccine products, clinical data, and health outcomes to physicians and healthcare decision-makers
• Create and execute quarterly sales plans designed to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
• Identify market opportunities and gaps in vaccine adoption within healthcare institutions
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account management documentation using CRM platforms
• Maintain current knowledge of vaccine indications, clinical evidence, and competitive market dynamics
• Organize training sessions and educational events for healthcare partners and clinic staff

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science, business, healthcare, or related field
• Demonstrated pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience, preferably in vaccines or immunology
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Practical experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
• Ability to manage large territories independently and consistently meet sales goals
• Understanding of Colombian healthcare procurement regulations and buyer behavior
• Strong organizational abilities and disciplined time management
• Flexibility to travel within Bogota and throughout Colombia as needed
