As a Plasma Center Nurse at Takeda's Loveland facility, you'll work in a fast-paced, donor-focused setting where your clinical expertise directly enables biopharmaceutical innovation. You'll combine patient assessment, venipuncture, and donor education to ensure safe, efficient plasma collection operations. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive donor health screening, vital sign monitoring, and phlebotomy procedures
• Educate donors about plasma donation processes, safety protocols, and post-donation care
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Identify and manage donor health concerns, coordinating with medical personnel as needed
• Support plasma collection workflows while adhering to infection control and safety standards
• Respond to donor questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy

Skills & Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Colorado
• Demonstrated phlebotomy and venipuncture competency
• Strong clinical assessment and patient communication abilities
• Knowledge of infection control and biohazard safety protocols
• Ability to work in a donor-centered environment with flexibility and attention to detail
• Physical capability to perform duties requiring standing, lifting, and fine motor skills
