Credit Review AR Analyst

Synnex is seeking a Credit Review AR Analyst to join its team in Clearwater, Florida, United States. In this full-time role, you'll play a crucial part in managing credit risk and ensuring sound financial practices across accounts receivable operations.

The Opportunity

As a Credit Review AR Analyst at Synnex in Clearwater, you'll be responsible for evaluating credit applications, reviewing account standing, and supporting the company's credit policy compliance. This position offers the chance to develop expertise in credit analysis, risk assessment, and accounts receivable management while contributing directly to the organization's financial health.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Review and analyze credit applications and existing customer accounts to assess creditworthiness and credit limits
• Examine accounts receivable aging reports and identify discrepancies or collections issues requiring follow-up
• Prepare credit analysis reports and recommendations for management review
• Verify compliance with credit policies and procedures across customer accounts
• Collaborate with accounting, sales, and collections teams to resolve account-related issues
• Monitor customer payment trends and flag high-risk accounts for further investigation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred
• Proven experience in credit analysis, accounts receivable, or similar financial roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency with spreadsheet software and accounting systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
