What This Role Involves

As an IT Solutions Consultant with Synnex, you'll work directly with enterprise clients to assess their technology environments, identify business-critical needs, and architect comprehensive IT solutions. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, translating technical requirements into strategic recommendations that drive organizational efficiency and competitive advantage. Your role bridges consulting and delivery—you'll lead solution discovery, shape implementation strategies, and ensure clients achieve measurable business outcomes through their technology investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth IT assessments to understand client infrastructure, operations, and strategic objectives
• Design and recommend scalable technology solutions covering infrastructure, security, cloud, and enterprise applications
• Develop detailed solution proposals with implementation timelines, resource requirements, and cost-benefit analyses
• Lead pre-sales and discovery engagements, providing technical insights that shape winning proposals
• Partner with implementation and support teams to ensure solutions are deployed successfully and deliver promised value
• Build and maintain strong client partnerships, identifying expansion opportunities and driving customer satisfaction
• Maintain expertise in emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in IT consulting, systems design, or technology advisory roles
• Strong technical foundation in enterprise infrastructure, networking, and business systems
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualisation, and modern enterprise applications
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; skilled at engaging both technical and executive audiences
• Proven track record managing client relationships and leading complex solution engagements
• Analytical and strategic problem-solving mindset with attention to business outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, engineering, or equivalent professional experience
