About This Position

The Director, Product Management at Raymondjames is responsible for leading the development and execution of our product strategy, ensuring that our offerings meet market needs and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing product roadmaps to align with business goals and customer needs
• Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
• Managing product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and ongoing maintenance
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic vision and execution of product management initiatives
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research and customer feedback
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business objectives
• Lead product development projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
• Manage and report on product performance metrics to demonstrate impact and drive continuous improvement

What You Bring

• At least 10 years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services industry
• A proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends and customer needs
