About This Position

We're seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze operational challenges, design scalable solutions, and optimize workflows within our ServiceNow ecosystem. You'll play a critical part in translating complex business needs into actionable platform enhancements that drive efficiency and enable growth across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments
• Design and configure ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and operational workflows
• Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis to identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with IT teams, system administrators, and developers on platform implementation and customization
• Test and validate ServiceNow configurations and solutions before deployment
• Provide ongoing support and training to end users on platform features and process changes
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements based on user feedback and business metrics

Requirements

• Experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and customization
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Experience with workflow design, process improvement, and change management
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and quality assurance
• Familiarity with SQL or scripting languages is a plus
