Position Summary

You'll oversee daily patient registration operations, supervise staff performance, and maintain the processes that create the first impression for every patient. This leadership role requires both hands-on registration expertise and the ability to develop your team, manage efficiency, and uphold healthcare compliance standards in a dynamic medical center environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor patient registration staff, offering training, feedback, and professional development
• Ensure accurate patient demographic data, insurance verification, and electronic health record entry
• Optimize registration workflow and identify improvements to reduce patient wait times
• Address complex registration issues, patient questions, and escalated concerns
• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, privacy regulations, and facility policies
• Coordinate with clinical and billing departments to support patient flow and revenue cycle processes
• Monitor key performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership review
• Train new employees on systems, procedures, and customer service excellence
