Position Summary

As an Associate Social Commerce Merchandiser focused on TikTok, you'll be at the intersection of retail, trend-setting, and digital commerce. You'll work with cross-functional teams to identify winning products, optimize inventory placement, and ensure our TikTok Shop delivers exceptional discovery and value to millions of shoppers. Core Duties

• Curate and select products for TikTok Shop, analyzing category performance and emerging consumer trends to maximize appeal and sales velocity
• Monitor real-time performance metrics and analytics to refine product assortment and merchandising strategy
• Collaborate with content, creative, and inventory teams to align product placement with upcoming campaigns and seasonal initiatives
• Maintain compliance with merchandising standards and platform guidelines across all TikTok Shop listings
• Identify opportunities to enhance product visibility and discoverability through strategic category organization and tagging
• Stay current with TikTok trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform merchandising decisions

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Hands-on familiarity with TikTok, including knowledge of the platform's culture, trends, and user behavior
• Proven experience in retail merchandising, category management, or social commerce environments
• Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting data to guide merchandising strategy
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work cross-functionally
• A keen eye for trend spotting and consumer preferences in fast-moving social platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic retail environment
