• Welcome and engage guests visiting the MVC Orlando Sales Office with warm, professional service
• Present vacation ownership benefits and membership opportunities in a consultative, pressure-free manner
• Answer inquiries about vacation packages, booking processes, and member perks with accuracy and enthusiasm
• Qualify leads and guide interested prospects through the initial sales process
• Maintain organized records of guest interactions and follow-up opportunities
• Collaborate with sales team members to coordinate presentations and client appointments
