What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate daily verification operations and team performance
• Review and validate verification documentation and background check materials for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure all verification processes comply with relevant regulations and company policies
• Monitor quality assurance metrics and implement process improvements
• Handle escalated cases and complex verification scenarios
• Communicate findings and status updates to internal stakeholders and clients
• Maintain detailed records and generate verification reports as needed

Who We're Looking For

• Prior experience in verification, background screening, compliance, or related administrative operations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
