The Opportunity
Myhrhome is hiring a Loan Sales Specialist for our Bowie, Maryland location. In this full-time role, you'll develop new business relationships, present loan solutions to prospective clients, and manage the sales process from initial consultation through loan closing. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new lending opportunities through prospecting and relationship development
- Consult with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products
- Prepare loan proposals and present terms to clients with clear explanations of rates and conditions
- Guide clients through the application and approval process with regular communication
- Track pipeline activity and maintain organized records of all client interactions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals
- Work collaboratively with loan processors and underwriters to expedite closings
Requirements
- Experience in loan sales, retail lending, or financial services sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and earn client trust
- Self-directed and results-oriented work style
- Familiarity with loan products, terms, and lending processes
- Comfortable using computer systems, CRM software, and sales tools
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree a plus
