Role Overview
The Business Systems Analyst at Mydpr bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You'll work with stakeholders across our locations to understand operational requirements, design system implementations, and ensure technology enables business success.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across the organization
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements
- Design and recommend business system solutions aligned with organizational goals
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to implement and configure systems
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure systems meet business requirements
- Develop training materials and provide user support during system transitions
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain continuity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with business systems, ERP platforms, or database applications
- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
