Supervisor – Pharmacy – CMC Pharmacy – Full Time – 8 Hour – Variable Shift

JMH is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor to lead pharmacy operations at CMC Pharmacy in Concord. This is a full-time position working 8-hour variable shifts.

Role Overview

As a Pharmacy Supervisor at CMC Pharmacy, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations and lead a team dedicated to delivering quality medication services to patients in the Concord area. You'll manage inventory, ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, and maintain high standards of pharmaceutical care while supporting both patients and clinical staff.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy staff and coordinate their workflow to meet patient medication needs
• Verify prescriptions and ensure accuracy in medication dispensing
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation
• Train team members on pharmacy procedures and company policies
• Address patient inquiries about medications and potential side effects
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to optimize patient medication therapy
• Monitor pharmacy metrics and report on operational performance

Requirements

• Valid state pharmacy license or current registration as a pharmacist or pharmacy technician supervisor
• Proven experience in a pharmacy environment with supervisory or leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of medication management and pharmaceutical care standards
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Proficiency with pharmacy management systems and point-of-sale software
