- Maintain project documentation, budgets, and communication logs for compliance and stakeholder visibility
- Monitor progress against timelines and escalate risks or delays promptly
- Support the implementation of new processes, systems, or initiatives affecting pharmacy operations
- Ensure projects align with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and JMH policies

- Associate degree in Pharmacy Administration (or equivalent pharmacy-focused education)
- Proven project management experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or related environment
