Role Overview

The Project Analyst position at JM in Littleton, CO focuses on supporting the planning, execution, and successful delivery of business initiatives. In this full-time role, you'll analyze project requirements, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. Your work as a Project Analyst will directly contribute to JM's operational excellence by identifying process improvements, managing risks, and helping teams achieve their objectives on time and within scope.

Your Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze project requirements from stakeholders and team members
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure project alignment with organizational goals
• Create and maintain status reports, presentations, and communications for management and project teams
• Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization
• Coordinate communication and collaboration between internal departments and external partners
• Support development of project plans, schedules, and deliverables documentation

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Strong proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Demonstrated ability in written and verbal communication with diverse audiences
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
• Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, or business analytics is beneficial
