About This Position

Remilia Corporation produces fashion, experimental marketing campaigns, activations, events, and cultural projects that challenge creative conventions. We collaborate with underground artists and cutting-edge musicians throughout the US and Asia. In this role, you'll be embedded in our creative operations—attending sessions and meetings, capturing critical information, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams and geographies. This is a direct-exposure opportunity offering real mentorship from leadership and visibility into how concepts evolve into finished work.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings, studio sessions, and strategic discussions with our Creative Director and Brand Director
• Record meeting discussions with precision and transform them into clear, actionable follow-up items
• Contribute to drafting internal and external communications while maintaining consistent voice and clarity
• Track project timelines, monitor deliverables, and maintain accountability on open items across initiatives
• Facilitate coordination between our Irvine studio and Seoul office to support collaborative projects
• Observe and support the full arc of creative work—from initial concept through final execution

Skills & Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in art, design, or related creative field, or 0–2 years of professional experience in a creative capacity
• Skilled communicator and writer—you produce clear, precise prose adaptable to different contexts and audiences
• Exemplary organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail; you proactively catch and prevent oversights
• Intellectually agile; you synthesize context quickly and ask thoughtful, relevant questions
• Highly attuned interpersonally; you navigate group dynamics, knowing when to contribute and when to observe
• Authentic interest in contemporary art, fashion, music, or design as fields of practice and innovation
• Knowledge of East Asian culture and aesthetics is valuable; proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin is a plus
• Comfort with flexible hours and schedule adjustments to support creative momentum and time-zone collaboration

Working at Remilia

This full-time role is based in-person at our Irvine location and typically runs 20–40 hours per week. The initial term is 3–6 months with genuine potential for extension or permanent-role conversion. Compensation is $18–$25 per hour, scaled to experience. You'll receive direct mentorship from our senior creative leadership, connect with a global network of experimental artists and designers, and develop real expertise in how professional creative agencies navigate projects across disciplines and continents.
