About the Role
As Quality Performance Manager on the Ring Blink CSQA team, you will sit within the broader Neighbor Excellence organization and turn support data into actionable insight. The team's mission is to ensure that every customer interaction — from technical troubleshooting to account assistance — is consistent, accurate, and genuinely helpful. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hawthorne, Los Angeles County.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality assurance initiatives for Ring and Blink customer support, raising the bar on the experience associates deliver.
- Analyze support performance data to surface trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate data-driven findings into clear recommendations that strengthen technical support and account management outcomes.
- Partner with support associates and operational leaders to embed consistent, exceptional service standards.
- Monitor evolving quality metrics and report on progress against customer experience goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in quality assurance, performance management, or customer support operations.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and convert it into practical improvements.
- A track record of delivering consistent, high-quality customer experiences at scale.
- Excellent communication skills for partnering across teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hawthorne, Los Angeles County.
