Specialist, Strategic Sourcing – Construction & Project Management

JLL is hiring a Specialist, Strategic Sourcing – Construction & Project Management across 4 Locations to lead procurement initiatives and vendor relationships for capital projects. This is a full-time position where you'll drive supply chain excellence and cost optimization across our construction and project delivery operations.

Position Summary

As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist focused on Construction & Project Management, you'll manage the end-to-end procurement process for construction materials, services, and vendor partners. You'll identify cost-saving opportunities, negotiate contracts, evaluate supplier performance, and ensure our projects receive quality goods and services on schedule and within budget. This role bridges supply chain strategy and project execution, making you integral to JLL's delivery of world-class construction and project management services.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies and vendor selection criteria for construction materials and services
• Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and manage ongoing vendor relationships
• Analyze market trends and competitive pricing to identify cost reduction opportunities
• Evaluate supplier performance against quality, delivery, and service standards
• Collaborate with project teams, estimators, and operations to align procurement with project needs
• Create and maintain supplier scorecards and performance metrics
• Support process improvements in procurement workflows and systems

Who We're Looking For

• Background in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or construction project management
• Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of construction industry practices, materials, and cost drivers
