Technician

JLL is recruiting a full-time Technician to join our facilities and operations team across 7 locations. In this hands-on role, you'll perform essential maintenance and technical support work, keeping our facilities operating safely and efficiently.

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Technician to support the maintenance and operation of our facilities across our network. This full-time position is ideal for someone with practical technical experience who enjoys solving problems and delivering reliable support. You'll work on-site, collaborating with our operations team and external partners to maintain systems, equipment, and infrastructure that support our business.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform planned maintenance, inspections, and repairs on building systems and equipment
• Respond to maintenance requests and technical issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems efficiently
• Support the installation, setup, and commissioning of new systems and components
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs completed, and inventory of parts and materials
• Work collaboratively with contractors, vendors, and team members to deliver quality technical solutions
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental standards and procedures

What You Bring

• Proven experience working as a technician, tradesperson, or in a similar hands-on technical role
• Solid troubleshooting and practical problem-solving skills
• Competence with tools, equipment, and systems relevant to facilities maintenance
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications
• Commitment to workplace safety and a meticulous, safety-first mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
