Johnson & Johnson MedTech is hiring a Sales Associate, Trauma for our Dayton, Ohio location. This is a full-time role where you'll drive sales of innovative trauma solutions to healthcare providers across the region.

Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, Trauma at JJ MedTech Orthopaedics, you'll represent cutting-edge trauma products to hospitals, surgical centers, and physicians throughout the Dayton area. You'll partner with surgical teams to understand their clinical needs, demonstrate product value, and build lasting relationships that support both patient care and business growth. This position combines direct sales activity, clinical engagement, and territory management in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospital purchasing teams, surgeons, and clinical staff
• Deliver compelling presentations of trauma products and solutions to healthcare providers
• Support surgical teams with clinical education and product expertise in operating rooms and clinical settings
• Manage your assigned territory, tracking opportunities and executing sales plans to meet targets
• Collaborate with internal colleagues across marketing, clinical affairs, and operations
• Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and JJ's trauma product portfolio

Who We're Looking For

• Sales experience, ideally in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to build trust and manage complex relationships
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Willingness to travel within your territory
• Knowledge of orthopedic trauma or demonstrated ability to master clinical concepts
• Problem-solving mindset and resilience in a competitive environment
