Galderma is hiring a Process and Validation Engineer to support manufacturing operations across multiple locations. This is a full-time position working on-site to ensure product quality, process compliance, and continuous improvement across our production facilities.

About This Position

As a Process and Validation Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing, validating, and optimizing manufacturing processes that deliver pharmaceutical and dermatological products to patients worldwide. You'll work at the intersection of science and production, ensuring every process meets regulatory standards, quality specifications, and operational efficiency targets. This role requires both technical expertise and collaborative problem-solving across manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Design and execute process validation studies to demonstrate product manufacturing consistency and quality
  • Develop standard operating procedures and work instructions for production processes
  • Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct root cause investigations when process deviations occur and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
  • Support equipment qualification and technology transfer for new or modified manufacturing lines
  • Document all process activities and maintain complete validation records for regulatory audits

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, process engineering, or quality assurance
  • Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and regulatory expectations
  • Proficiency with statistical analysis, process modeling, and validation methodologies
  • Experience with laboratory testing, analytical methods, or manufacturing equipment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
