As the Residential Property l Manager at YardHomes Juniper Pointe, you'll be the driving force behind all community operations. Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive property operations ensuring compliance with all corporate policies and applicable regulations
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with residents, addressing concerns and building community goodwill
• Manage financial functions including lease processing, rent collection, and operational reporting
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and service requests with maintenance team and third-party vendors
• Execute property inspections and enforce lease compliance consistently across the community
• Train, supervise, and develop on-site team members to deliver exceptional service standards
• Process tenant transitions including applications, move-in orientations, and departures
• Track operational metrics and financial performance to optimize property results

What You Bring

• Background managing multifamily residential communities or comparable property environments
• Understanding of fair housing practices and state and federal housing regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication with refined problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency with property management platforms and standard business software
• Ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining attention to quality and detail
• Passion for creating positive experiences and building strong tenant relationships
• Solid grasp of lease documentation, financial principles, and record-keeping requirements
• Property management license or related credential preferred
