Relationship Manager II

Frostbank is seeking a full-time Relationship Manager II to drive client satisfaction and business growth in our Baytown, TX office. In this hands-on role, you will manage a portfolio of business relationships, identify new opportunities, and support our clients' financial success.

The Opportunity

As a Relationship Manager II, you'll own meaningful client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor in the Baytown market. Your focus will be understanding client needs, recommending tailored financial solutions, and ensuring exceptional service delivery that fosters long-term partnerships.

Core Duties

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of client accounts
• Identify client financial needs and propose appropriate banking products and services
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through regular communication and check-ins
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and deliver comprehensive solutions
• Develop new business opportunities and support the sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity
• Meet or exceed established performance targets and business development goals

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in relationship management, sales, or client-facing financial services
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven track record of building trust and managing multiple client relationships
• Results-oriented approach with ability to meet targets consistently
• Knowledge of banking products and financial services preferred
