AI SAP BW Senior Professional Consultant

Freudenberg is seeking an AI SAP BW Senior Professional Consultant to join our team across 2 Locations in a full-time capacity. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll architect and deploy advanced analytics and artificial intelligence solutions built on the SAP Business Warehouse platform, driving measurable business transformation for enterprise clients.

Position Summary

As a senior-level consultant specializing in AI and SAP BW, you'll blend deep technical expertise with strategic business insight to design, implement, and optimize data warehouse solutions that leverage machine learning and intelligent automation. You'll work at the intersection of modern data science and enterprise systems, translating complex requirements into scalable architectures while mentoring junior team members and serving as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise data warehouse solutions using SAP BW, with an emphasis on integrating AI and machine learning capabilities
• Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into technical specifications
• Develop data models, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks that support advanced analytics and predictive intelligence
• Architect integration points between SAP BW and AI/ML platforms to enable automated decision-making and real-time insights
• Conduct performance optimization and tuning of existing systems to maximize efficiency and user adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and governance requirements
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organization

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven expertise in SAP BW implementation, configuration, and optimization
• Strong foundation in data modeling, SQL, and ETL development
• Demonstrated experience integrating or applying AI and machine learning within enterprise data environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Track record of leading projects through multiple implementation phases and managing stakeholder relationships
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; relevant certifications are valued
