The Opportunity
Freseniusmedicalcare is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our Greenfield, IN facility. As a PCT, you'll play a vital role in providing compassionate, hands-on care to patients while supporting our clinical team. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assistance with activities of daily living and personal hygiene

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Assist clinical staff with patient procedures and treatment setup
- Document patient interactions and observations in medical records
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Patient Care Technician certification (preferred or required depending on state regulations)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
- Physical ability to assist patients and stand for extended periods
- Compassion, patience, and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to our Greenfield location
