Registered Nurse

Freseniusmedicalcare is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to join our clinical team in Florissant, Missouri. This is an on-site position where you'll deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced medical environment.

The Opportunity

As a Registered Nurse with Freseniusmedicalcare, you'll work at the center of patient care, supporting individuals with chronic kidney disease and other conditions requiring specialized medical attention. You'll collaborate with physicians, nephrologists, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure each patient receives compassionate, evidence-based treatment. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while building expertise in dialysis and renal care.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients' physical and emotional health status throughout their treatment
• Administer medications and manage infusions according to treatment protocols
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records and clinical documentation
• Identify and report changes in patient condition to the care team
• Educate patients and families about their diagnosis, treatment plan, and self-care strategies
• Maintain a safe, sanitary treatment environment following all infection control standards
• Collaborate with the team to develop and adjust patient care plans based on clinical outcomes

What You Bring

• Current Registered Nurse license in good standing (Missouri or valid reciprocal license)
• Clinical nursing experience, particularly in nephrology, dialysis, or acute care
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
• Attention to detail and commitment to evidence-based nursing practice
• Ability to prioritize multiple patients and adapt to a dynamic care environment
• Current BLS certification; ACLS and other certifications a plus
