In this senior-level role, you'll manage the complete lifecycle of trademark filings, oversee critical deadlines, and ensure the accuracy of our intellectual property database systems.

The Opportunity

Clarivate seeks an experienced IP administration professional to lead trademark docketing operations. You'll take ownership of trademark filing workflows, manage sophisticated docketing systems, and coordinate between legal teams and internal departments. Your work ensures every trademark application meets strict compliance standards and deadline requirements, directly supporting our clients' intellectual property strategies. This role combines strategic systems management with meticulous execution in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee trademark docketing operations and maintain accurate records of filing statuses, deadlines, and prosecution history
• Process trademark applications through all phases—from initial filing through prosecution, maintenance, and renewal
• Coordinate with IP attorneys and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory filing requirements
• Manage and optimize docketing systems, identifying efficiency gaps and implementing process improvements
• Generate portfolio reports and analytics on trademark activity, metrics, and business trends
• Train and support junior team members on docketing procedures and administrative best practices
• Maintain confidentiality and security standards for sensitive intellectual property data
