IP Admin Senior Analyst (Trademark Docketing)

Clarivate is hiring an IP Admin Senior Analyst specializing in Trademark Docketing at six locations. The Opportunity

This role provides meaningful work with one of the world's leading intellectual property solutions providers. You'll take ownership of trademark docketing operations, manage complex filing schedules across jurisdictions, and deliver administrative excellence that directly supports how clients protect and maintain their valuable trademark portfolios. Your contributions will ensure efficient trademark prosecution and timely compliance with legal requirements.

Core Duties

• Manage trademark docketing systems and maintain accurate filing schedules across multiple jurisdictions
• Process trademark applications, coordinate office action responses, and manage renewal filings
• Monitor prosecution deadlines and ensure timely compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive trademark portfolio documentation and client reporting
• Communicate with clients, internal teams, and external counsel to support trademark administration
• Implement workflow improvements and optimize docketing processes and procedures

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in trademark docketing, IP administration, or related legal support functions
• Strong knowledge of trademark law, filing procedures, and prosecution requirements
• Proficiency with IP docketing software and related administrative systems
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
