About the Role
This is a full-time teaching position at our language training center in Manzhouli. You'll teach English to students between the ages of 3 and 12, developing their language skills through engaging, age-appropriate instruction in a structured classroom environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver English language instruction to young learners across multiple proficiency levels
- Create and deliver lesson plans focused on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Build a positive, engaging classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence
- Track student progress and adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs
- Teach 23 hours per week in direct classroom instruction with no additional administrative office hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum two years of English teaching experience, or current TESOL, TEFL, or comparable English teaching certification
- Native or fluent-level English with clear, natural pronunciation
- Strong interpersonal skills and patience working with children
- Willingness to relocate to Manzhouli, China
