About the Role
This is a full-time supplemental contract position for the 2026-2027 academic year, based on-site in West Chester, Chester County. As the Proactive Support Program Coordinator, you will lead the day-to-day operation of the district's Proactive Support Program (PROACT WTE), connecting students with the early intervention and support services they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the Proactive Support Program (PROACT WTE) across the district.
- Design and implement proactive strategies that identify and address student needs early.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and support staff to align program goals with student outcomes.
- Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements to strengthen student support.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate progress with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Background in education, student services, counseling, or a closely related field.
- Experience working with school-age students in a supportive or coordinating capacity.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on-site in West Chester, Chester County for the full 2026-2027 school year.
- Compensation is set per the WCAEA contract.
